These are some of the tasks needed to be completed for the evening to be successful
- Set a date for the YR 7 2018 Information Evening
- Times
- As the feeder schools reduced numbers, perhaps only having one presentation at 6:30 would be an option.
- Organise flyer for Primary schools
- Find each the feeder schools Grade 6 numbers
- When complete take to Primary School - short presentation
- presentation in transition folder (digital)
- Organise KLD flyers
- Do they need updating?
- Do we need to print more?
- Organise tour path for staff and School Council to take tours
- Set KLD areas - ask for KLD preference prior?
- Review the 2016 script, make changes where necessary
- Organise Matt D with the lectern
- Share PPT on Office 365 for edit by leadership team & MDO
- Ask MDO if Edunet are coming?
- Ask MDO to set up iPads for sign in, same as 2016
- Supper
- Check with TMU & team
- Student leaders
- Pairing up with some tours?
- Perhaps some in the spaces - didn't have in 2016
